Parts list

Four parts that fit together or work on their own. Start at the base and build up as far as you need.

  1. Custom software

The part made just for you. It is drawn from the way you work: operations, inventory, bookings, invoicing.

Fits with the way you work

  2. Integrations

Your systems have a lot to say to each other. We put the translator between ERP, POS, payment gateways, messaging and hardware so they work as one.

Fits with ERP · POS · payments · messaging · hardware

  3. Web & mobile apps

For the browser, the pocket or both. Fast, clear and intuitive from the first tap (we write the manual ourselves).

Fits with browser · iOS · Android

  4. Applied AI & IoT

Sensors, cameras and models that turn your data into decisions. AI right where it adds value.

Fits with sensors · vision · models

Assembly instructions

The same part, four times. This is how an idea becomes something that works.

  1. Step 1 · Sketch

    Hypothesis and diagnosis

First we understand how you work and where you want to go. We ask a lot. Sometimes the best solution is the simplest one.

  2. Step 2 · Pencil

    Prototype

Something you can touch, test and improve before taking the next step. Ideas are easier to discuss with something in your hands.

  3. Step 3 · Colour part

    Testing with real data

With real data: your inventory, your bookings, your invoices. Everything is fine-tuned here in the workshop so it reaches your customer ready to go.

  4. Step 4 · Assembled part

    Launch and continuous improvement

It goes out into the world and we keep tightening screws. Software, like hinges, adjusts with use.

It's built here. NGM takes it to market.

Tell the advisor your idea

A process ready to run on its own, two systems ready to connect, an idea half sketched: the advisor listens, notes what you need and puts it on the workshop bench.

  1. Tell it your idea. In your own words, one line or ten.
  2. It asks for just enough. Your name and how to reach you, to keep the conversation going.
  3. The workshop takes over. Your case is logged and a person on the team picks it up.
